Going Home!! January 18th 2009

WELCOME TO THE WORLD!! January 16th 2009 8:14 PM 5lbs 11oz

Our angel is here!
She is so amazing and we can not take our eyes off of her.
She has red hair and I had hoped for that!!
With Alex's Scottish heritage and my Irish, we had it in the genes for sure!  My Nana had very red hair, and many of my cousins do!
She eats well and loves being with her Daddy.  She has already gotten so much bigger- wish I could stop time for a month.
We love her so much, what a vulnerable and beautiful feeling!
It may take time to thank you all for everything but we think of you everyday!
We know how much love there is for this little girl and again, we thank you!
I will try and post more photos as we have time!
LOVE YOU ALL

OUR TYPICAL DAY!

Here I am again with those things on!  Alex tends to fall asleep while we are in the room because all you can hear is her heart beat!  talk about sleep inducing!  We found out today that we may be induced tomorrow and at the latest Friday!  So we will be parents by the weekend!
LOVE YOU ALL- you will hear from us and see pictures as soon as we can breathe!

Belated Thanksgiving Post

Our first Thanksgiving as a family, was spent at the Reisfar family castle. Grandma Reisfar (above) and Grandpa Reisfar outdid themselves, as usual, with an amazing Thanksgiving spread. After dinner we enjoyed embarrassing home movies, including the horror of yours truly, playing mary had a little lamb with my new viola in middle school.

BABY TOES!!!

WHITE CHRISTMAS!

Hiccups!

So our little angel gets the hiccups regularly.
It is pretty cute that she is so consistent!

So the latest is that we are going to the Dr. every couple of days to make sure all is well.  We first go to the ultra sound place and then head to the Dr.'s for a NST (non-stress test)  So far all tests have been great; they were concerned because she is little.  It seems every time I say this, people answer with "well, you're little"!
There is a chance that I will be induced by the end of next week- we just keep going to the doctor and seeing what the next step is.  She is moving a lot and i know in my heart that everything is just fine.  Getting to see her every couple of days is a joy, although being on my back for the ultra sound can be very uncomfortable!  She has Alex's lips which makes me very happy and I think she will look like her Daddy.  In one of the ultra sounds, she was the spitting image of my Dad!!  It is crazy to try and imagine who she will be and what she will look like!  Dark hair, light hair, my nose, Alex's nose?  AHHHHHH- we can not wait!

We look forward to posting pic's of the newest member of our family soon!!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE you all!
